Managed IT and practical AI for Swiss SMEs and NGOs

We are a Geneva-based technology partner managing support, cloud, security and business applications — and introducing secure, measurable AI into the workflows your people already use.

Your organisation is the guide

Regain control of your technology, costs and data

You need people to work, information to remain protected and costs to make sense. Yet unclear invoices, recurring incidents, unused licences and oversized systems can make outsourced IT feel harder to control. AI adds another decision: where can it help without exposing confidential data or creating a fragile experiment? Left unresolved, these issues create avoidable downtime, surprise costs, uncontrolled tools and dependency on undocumented knowledge.

Keep your team moving. Keep your information protected. Keep control.

Six clear service paths

Managed IT with clear responsibility — and practical AI for real workflows

Each engagement starts with a business problem and a written scope. Explore a durable service page to see what the work covers, how control is maintained and what the next step looks like.

Stay in control

No mystery around scope, ownership or performance

We structure managed services and AI work so that responsibilities remain visible. The final commitments belong in your proposal and service schedule, not in vague marketing language.

01

Transparent scope

Recurring services are separated from projects, migrations, hardware, licences and third-party costs.

02

Visible performance

First-response targets, escalation ownership and recurring incident reporting are agreed and reviewable.

03

Living IT record

Assets, configurations, recent changes, decisions, vendors and recovery procedures are maintained together.

04

Right-sized technology

The objective is a supportable environment, with unnecessary services, unused licences and oversized infrastructure identified.

05

Renewal control

A licence register, advance alerts and written approval make financial commitments visible before renewal.

06

Customer ownership

Administrative access, documentation and exportable records reduce dependency on any one provider.

What you are paying for

A service schedule that answers the obvious questions

Before recurring service begins, the scope should make inclusions, exclusions, responsibilities and targets readable. Price ranges require validated commercial input and are therefore provided in the proposal, not invented on this page.

Included

  • Agreed support channels and covered users or devices
  • Monitoring and maintenance included in the selected service
  • Named escalation path and service reporting
  • Maintenance of the agreed IT record

Separately billable

  • Projects and migrations outside recurring scope
  • Hardware, software licences and third-party charges
  • On-site or out-of-hours work when not included
  • Exit or remediation work beyond agreed responsibilities

Targets

  • First-response targets by priority
  • Escalation owner and update cadence
  • Resolution objective where the dependency is controlled
  • Monthly review of recurring incidents and permanent fixes

Monthly value report

  • Service activity and target performance
  • Recurring issues, root causes and corrective actions
  • Licence and renewal decisions
  • Risks, completed improvements and next priorities

Fixed-scope starting point

IT cost and complexity assessment

For organisations that first need clarity, we can define a fixed-scope assessment. The resulting decision document identifies removable services, unused licences, oversized infrastructure, estimated savings, migration effort and payback assumptions. Commercial terms are confirmed before work starts.

Illustrative deliverable — not a client resultA typical structure includes an executive summary, current-cost baseline, service and licence inventory, complexity findings, prioritised recommendations, estimated annual impact, migration cost assumptions, payback period and decision log.

Public record

Registered in Geneva, with named legal governance

The public record identifies a Swiss SA registered in Meyrin under UID CHE-106.536.104 and commercial-register number CH-660.1.202.989-1. It names Christopher Elliott as sole board director. An official Infomaniak directory also verifies the company’s IT partner listing.

Responsible by design

How we introduce AI safely

An AI pilot is useful only when the organisation understands its data path, permissions, human responsibilities and fallback. These principles turn that expectation into design criteria.

01

Minimum access

Use only the data and systems required for the defined task.

02

Explicit permissions

Map who can ask, view, approve and change the workflow.

03

Documented data path

Record model and vendor choices, data location, retention, training settings and ownership.

04

Human approval

Keep a person in control of sensitive or consequential actions.

05

Logging and review

Make activity traceable enough to investigate errors and improve the workflow.

06

Measurable and reversible

Define success before the pilot and keep a tested fallback or rollback path.

A three-step plan

A three-step plan

Tell us what is slow, costly, risky or repetitive. We will identify the smallest useful next step and make its scope explicit.

01

Describe the problem

Share the recurring issue, cost pressure, risk or workflow you want to improve.

02

Make the scope explicit

We map the current state, dependencies, responsibilities, controls and measurable outcome.

03

Improve in controlled stages

Begin with the smallest useful intervention, report the result and expand only with approval.

Direct answers

Questions Swiss organisations ask before changing IT or introducing AI

Clear answers help you compare providers, question assumptions and make a more informed decision.

What is practical AI?

Practical AI starts with a specific business workflow, a measurable outcome and controlled access to data. We design a limited pilot, document the controls and only recommend expansion when the result is useful and supportable.

Can AI integrate with our current tools without replacing them?

Often, yes. An assistant or automation can connect to approved systems and fit into an existing workflow. We first check the available interfaces, permissions, data quality and fallback process before proposing an integration.

How do you protect confidential information?

The design begins with minimum data access, explicit permissions and a documented choice of model, vendor, data location, retention, logging and training settings. Sensitive actions can require human approval, and every pilot includes a rollback path.

Can you take over from another IT provider?

Yes. The transition is staged: secure access and urgent risks first, then backup, security and licence verification, followed by documentation, standardisation and a roadmap. Administrative access, records and ownership remain visible to the customer.

What is included in managed IT?

The exact scope is agreed before service starts. A proposal separates recurring support and management from projects, migrations, hardware, licences and third-party fees. Response targets, escalation ownership and the reporting format are written into the service schedule.

Will we be locked in?

The operating model is designed around customer control: customer-owned accounts where practical, a maintained IT record, documented decisions and exportable service information. Exit responsibilities and separately billable transition work are made explicit in the agreement.

Book a 30-minute assessment

Book a 30-minute practical assessment

Tell us about one IT or workflow problem. You will leave with an initial view of the risks, feasible options and the most sensible next step. No technical preparation is required. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

What happens next

  1. Describe one problem and suggest a convenient time.
  2. We use the context to focus the 30-minute conversation on IT, AI or both.
  3. The conversation ends with an initial view of risks, feasible options and the smallest sensible next step.
